-	Writing machine must be in working condition at the time of Protection Plan purchase.
-	There is 30 day service black out period on new plans. Any repairs within the first 30 days may be subject to a $300.00 pre-existing condition surcharge.
-	Protection plans are non refundable and non transferable.
-	Pricing and shipping are for machines in the 48 Contiguous States of the United States only. Not Valid outside of the United States of America.
-	Loaner machines are not available for Protection Plans that do not have loaner coverage.
-	Your credit card billing indicates acceptance by The Neutrino Group.
-	All payments made to The Neutrino Group for payment plans require a valid credit card, checks or other methods of payment are not acceptable for payment plan option.
-	Failure to make a payment may result in the termination of your Protection Plan Contract.
-	Saturday shipping will be billed additionally and at customer expense.
-	Shipping at a rate faster than prescribed by plan will be at customers request and expense.
-	Additional purchased cleaning do not involve the use of loaner products.
-	Base Software includes a functioning base program. Program Add-Ons, upgrades, and extras may incur additional expense.
-	Purchase discounts are by given plan, and only accepted on items specified by each plan.
